Argento i guess that is trading you keep on giving a date for the down turn and the you when we near it you give a date further on, the last time it was long till end of July and then short. Is August not normally bearish so why now only so late in August. I am just asking so dont take offence. Why is the wave guys not giving us more info as to which wave we are in now. This market is just to haywire at the moment imo.

No offence taken bc!

If you stayed long till now you should be in the money, but because she created so much consolidation it is telling us although we should see some weakness after the 1st it will only be shallow and not the end of minor 5 of intermediate III. One can get clues on the turn around times but in the end I follow price and candle confirmation!

The next cycle date is around the 25th Aug so reason it could be a more significant top, not ever set in stone but I like keeping these dates in mind...!

That is why cycle dates is not my leading indicator!

Just a tip...with a strong rally coming don't think she has run to hard at a point and go in short, sure there will be a type of return move after the 1st (NFP) but remember this as she can ignore any logic and just keep running!

The formation confirmed is called a diamond and very bullish! She might very well go over 48000+!

Just wait for that reversal signal...unitl then sit back (sip a beer) and let the market work for you! ;)

I am looking for that top around the 25th August...!

Enjoy!

Took some profit off the table for a nice 350 points.   Left with one long which I will keep for the moment.

Well I am only starting out now and still have a lot to learn... So I doubt that I need anything sophisticated at this point...

Working with real money is different to paper trading but take advantage of places like IG markets and use the paper trading to work out strategy, you will just have to phone them every 2 weeks to reset the account as it only lasts 2 weeks, it is free so use it. There are plenty of bright people on this list that can help you, some of the stuff is complicated but we ALL use the basics to help determine if the trade is good or bad. once you have the basics the rest is GRAVY.

If 46700 (F) is broken, then 47100 is on the cards.

Target reached.

STD is just for trading no BS, no complicated crap, for charts use the investing stuff or if you want really good stuff (expensive) try Equius, or Metatrader, only if you want to write or use custom indicators.

As the lower channel approaches on both the T40 futures and R/USD then the risk of holding long positions is being reduced. However, any new entry points are better found by using the well defined methods for channels.

Africa will never be regarded as adult until all of its organisations stop admiring and protecting criminal dictators.

MSM et al presents (sponsored) opinion as fact and seeks to indoctrinate. Journalists without ethics proliferate in a swamp of filthy lucre (BBC inclusive).

In response to decades of racism by fearful minority whites called apartheid there will be an eternity of racism by revengeful majority blacks called all kinds of excuses.

Corruption is not yet compulsory but it may as well be - Aggressive africanization uses the racist Employment Equity Act as a club.

Too many humans are too busy copulating to bother about the irresponsible, unsustainable and progressively catastrophic population explosion.

Whilst humanity prevails so will evil. Evil will survive and thrive through sophisticated indoctrination and other conscience-suppressing disguises.

Desmond Tutu has been praying for the downfall of the ANC since 2011. Clearly he needs some assistance with such a difficult and worthy task..

Cockroaches still lurk on sharechat because it is prime real estate for their con artistry, duping and grand theft.

It looks more like an early attempt at triangle breakout to me..

Let's see where she goes tomorrow am..

If 46700 (F) is broken, then 47100 is on the cards.

K

So far panning out nicely...

Very good platform!

Advice from me is read Reminiscence of a Stock Operator before trading, learn reading charts (candles, moving averages, bollingerbands, macd's, RSI's etc) cause the "tape" will be your guide!

Studying previous charts helps as well to get to know the seasonal aspect and because the markets are human, they tend to repeat patterns and trends!

And lastely don't try to focus on to many Indexes, choose one and become a specialist/artist in that one...you have to move with it! B)

I got the book now... and will start reading...

I did precisely the wrong thing. The cotton showed me a loss and I kept it. The wheat showed me a profit and I sold it out. Of all the speculative blunders there are few greater than trying to average a losing game. Always sell what shows you a loss and keep what shows you a profit - Jesse Livermore.

If there is ONLY one rule you could live by, live by this!

Wise words!!
