I contacted Wayne Samson to complain about these Director share dealings that have been making the news. While legal it really isn't in the best interest of shareholders and raises serious questions about management. I urge other shareholders to do the same.

On a more positive note, Ellies stands to benefit from this

Do not try and bend the market. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. Then you'll see, that it is not the market that bends, it is only yourself.

While one day does not constitute a season, I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised with todays turn of events.

For starters very healthy days volume and in a sustained price band. Not too far away from yesterday's price action and close.

Could we be looking at some vague fondation being formed in the mid R7's the next month or so will give a clearer indication.

From my perspective I'm not too aware of the megatron side of the business because I don't move in those circles so to speak.

However everything else, shop in a shop story and the audio visual side is just about everywhere you look.

When the set top roll out does eventually happen then ELI will again become a hot stock.

I will wait for the next set of results and if it's similar then gonna put my holding in the bottom drawer finish and klar.

For those in already what's your views..?

For those wanting to get in what's your views...?

Cheers.

My view is that there's so much anticipation of the future growth/earnings potential. Cash management is important in being nimble enough to allocate when necessary. My only fear is that it all takes off simultaneously. Which could lead management to become cash iratick again.

Market reacting negatively.

Question is, is it because of the lack of a divi? (Which most of you seem to think is a good thing.)

Or did the market expect a growth higher than the reported 36%?

might see a bounce back if general market conditions stay supportive otherwise its sure to go under 7.00 again..

There you go Perreby, financial sense prevailing.

I'll gladly forego my divi to pay down debt.

Let's see if Mr market was expecting a divi...?

growth in earnings doesn't mean much if you can't keep your balance sheet in a good state..

So don't be fooled by the fancy quoted figures in their results.. Their balance sheet and CFS is shaky at best

inclined to agree with you on their CFS and repayment of debt, one of the main reasons my exposure is kept limited.  they definitely should be placing higher allocation to consolidated debt repayment/s...hopefully theres method to their plan.

Perreby, you know I agree with you re the cash management and dividends but I don't get why do you believe it is expensive.

Its on a current PE of 10 and growing >30%.

PE is one of the last things I look at when valuing a share..

Was a matter of time. Been oversold for a while now.

If they have their debt situation under better control it will rocket up from here. Looking forward to the results next week.

Still think even at current prices they are a little expensive..

If senior management went on cash flow management training then there might be hope for them.

I recommend stopping all dividend payments until all debt has been paid..
