A lot of volume on offer near 840c, and I don't think anyone wanted to touch it when the trading statement came out.

840c - 84434 shares offered

845c - 24996 shares offered

Very muted reaction to the trading statement.
Was the good news priced in or are we to expect a surge in the price closer to results date?

hang in there.. reckon we will see a sudden surge in the share price.. if you don't get in you might miss out on some of the action

What's the reason for the sharp drop in the first place?

big seller, offloading.

Bread, my opinion is that the share had quite a run. It doubled within three months or so. Maybe it was profit-taking?

Hopefully the drop was temporary. Although I think we'll see resistance around 1000c.

Devonvest, can you please explain that further?

Hi Sugafoot

Over the last 6months the support for this stock has been on a 50 day Moving Average (more or less). The share price has just about returned to this support line which would imply consolidation. The spike we experienced at the beginning of April was an anomaly brought on by overzealous bulls, myself included. The %K line on the stochastic oscillator was in the 90's which is in the overbought region which was readying to drop. This being said, the share price seems to have returned to the 50 day MA but now the %K line is sitting in the low 20's which implies that it is oversold. We also have a dragonfly doji candle today, after a downward trend (which implies a turn is near), as well as the price sitting towards the low Bollinger band, so my thought is that this share should start picking up again in a few days.

It's trading at 710 and I would like to have bought at 680. If someone did manage to buy at 605 that is a massive discount!

Stochastics look ready to turn, but I'm not sure if this was consolidation or if it is really oversold?

605? Im not sure where you are looking Hatori

Todays low has been 750

It does look like there was a trade at 605..could have been a mis-trade.
