By the way if you want to know what is going on inside ask Mac northden@mweb.co.za. Meanwhile I will cook my wasabi T-Bone and sit and wait as usual.

When and where? I'll have them for breakfast. I was trained for that at the GSB in 2003.

They are ripe now for a new future.

hi Ajax

Unfortunately, the slimy snakes announced that they EXPECTED to announce the AFS  ON OR ABOUT Friday 30 October.

The situation appears so clear...........................

Hi Battleship and other interested parties, I really wonder why the big shareholders don't act and try to stop the rot? This is a breakdown in the system where the JSE is supposed to have some degree of governance in such cases? The last cautionary set a specific date for the release of the AFS.

I find it unbelievable that the JSE is not showing presence in a situation where total unethical practice appears to prevail..They surely cannot let people be openly robbed of their money under their noses???????????????????

Don't you think the JSE and PSG have responsibilities re the AFS cautionaries? The AD Board show shareholders the middle finger as they have done all along. They are not good for the Altx image.

If they had a nice party on my money I will visit them to pay the dues. I know where every single one of them lives. I think there is enough entertain for me and them. I guess we will become friends after all.

You could be right, Ponzi. The long article on A B does not mention AFDAWN at all and nor does it mention that she is a personal shareholder of TAXTIM.The term.............daylight robbery..............  is lurking in the background

The Afdawn web site is not active since yesterday and the Knife Capital web site is 'under construction'. It seems like the end of this story as the AFS has not been released as promised.

Could it be that AD is going into liquidation and Knife Capital's vendors is getting a golden handshake i.e. reverse their transaction with AD?

Why are we not surprised....the crooked Afdawn Board has done it again - no AFS as promised. While Keet is doing his thing misappropriating our money. Jacques G stand up and take responsibility but then again you are only a puppet.

Let's see if they find another way of postponing the AFS.

YouDiligence did not make it so it was just another vacation; yesterday they were having a ball on a sail boat.

Only smoke left from the smoke and mirrors; will there ever be an AGM again?

'Pay back the money' has a total new meaning, Executives squandered shareholder funds with parties, over the top salaries, world travels and funding of 'pet' projects. Will they try to misappropriate assets to enrich themselves? You bet, watch this space.

This week; "Knife Capital’s investment sweet spot, she (Andrea Böhmert) says, is between ZAR10 (US$750,000) and ZAR30 million (US$2.25 million), but Böhmert says sometimes it has found it can help a company address their funding needs in different ways, which has resulted in a smaller initial investment amount being required". OUCH!!!! Knife Capital has not made a single investment...but still continue with disinformation.

It is really peculiar that they are so in the dark as to the progress re the AFS? I think they have a plan B with Knife Capital. Sucking more shareholders funds and allocate to the world travelers.
