CMO mines pgm's after there approval. The one they have been waiting for since 2012. If they make proper use of this mining rights at Rooderand they will be changing the whole future of the buainess with rising platinum prices pushing them forward.

So in essence it will take a few more years before anything worthwhile happens?

Look at all its peers who are trading at almost twice their share price, they do not make as much profit as Whl. The only thing holding them back are their dividend payouts. Eg. Tfg, Msm, etc.

Sorry, what does the bolded part mean? What are you measuring this from? How did you get to a figure of R150? Just trying to understand how you have worked this out.

Whl another under valued stock. Should be trading at R150 per share.

Can't agree there, their foray into OZ is the determining factor me thinks. Management IS good but it's proving slightly more complex than they anticipated.

Both SA & OZ resource based economies & both under pressure. Agreed on the R150 valuation had OZ went according to plan. From my research up till now short is the way to go till spring comes back around.

I will short WHL anywhere above R88 - R90 level. But hey opposing ideals doth the market make.

Too much to cover - Best reading all the news over the last year. Lots of progress made and not being reflected in share price.

In short they are building a 300MW power station in Tanzania with SEPCO as contractor with project set to be signed off by Q1 2016 and has taken 3 - 4 years to get to this position. We have around 10 price sensitive announcements to be issued prior to then namely permits, off take agreements, power tariff negotiations and Mine and Power DFS's.

Power Station + Coal mine Profits are predicted to be many multiples of the current market cap. Price is where it is as many do not think this will happen. CEO has 20 yrs+ experience in Tanzania and heavily connected with local government. Power project is also part of the Tanzanian Strategic Energy Plan. Tanzania aims to increase power production by many multiples of current 1000MW by 2025.

Excellent, this is for the long term. Reminds me of Ansys, which is another one to look at. Rolfes is also a company which is under valued. I have been watching the following stocks very carefully:

Santova, Rolfes, kap, Eqstra, Sappi, Harmony and Impala. I am patiently waiting for a drop of between 30% and 45% before i put money in them.

Share price is still on a go slow..

Whoever is with me on Petmin. Update close. Today or tomorrow. Good feeling about this one.

Bloody hell but this has been a frustrating share to own.. so much potential but they always seem to dig profits from one pit, and then pour them into another pit.. 70% increase in Heps, but all impaired away.. Next they'll start start impairing their Canadian pig-iron investment, whilst increasing their shareholding.. !!!!

I was following but bailed - its clommodity price is very down at present but Zar exchange rate is supporting it

Hence the price decline even though profits are good as its in a tough market

Am now very interest by PAN - very good gold miner but share price is being very heavily shorted by some institution at present
