AMG76 - Why you want to know? Are you considering giving them more money? DO you want to participate in the rights issue Or are you referring to a share consolidation ratio?

I also joined as a guest, but they concluded the meeting at 10:15. Not sure whether registered users carried on?

There was no discussion , the chairman introduced the board members and read out the resolutions and let shareholders vote. All resolution were passed with a substantial majority. He did ask for questions at the end , but there were none. I had tried to submit questions but good not get them in. I am assuming that is because I registered as a guest and not a shareholder. Shareholders had to register by last Friday to participate.

Also sold out for a loss. Don't see any upside here for a number of years

My vote is in, Hopefully they can see shareholders aren't very positive and get to there senses to turn the tide

Will submit mine tomorrow. In the interim I have sold half of what I held at a LOSS. Will use the other half to reject this plan. If it goes ahead I will sell the rest! Better I get something out...In hind sight I should have sold a few months ago already.

I just voted. Will like to propose that a portion of their salary be used to buy shares at 10 cents not sure how to do it. Unfortunately the CEO is not up for re-election.
