JP Morgan Chase & Co now amounts to 22.45% of the total issued ordinary shares of Aveng.
I really hope that this share can perform well over the next year or two. Hope the investment by JP Morgan is based on Trust and knowledge (thing they know us small shareholders don't) and is not a gamble....

thanks....
no prob, the fractionals obviously also apply for any shares that are not a multiple of 500. eg if you had 600, you'll now have 1 plus you'll be paid out for other 100

sure, if you had less than 500 shares, you are about to be paid out at VWAP less 10%.
if you had 400 shares. the math is 400/500*VWAP -10%.
300 shares -> 300/500*VWAP-10%
VWAP as per SENS
No div tax
thanks....

Thanks for the explanation, understood
The other way of looking at it is that although Tuesday´s price was 6 cents you could only sell at 5 cents unless you were prepared to wait 3 months in the 1,2 bn share queue. Now you can sell at immediately at the equivalent of 5,4 cents so in effect a 8 % gain. ....with hopefully a lot more to come.

As I understand it it was consolidated at R30 (500 x 6c)
At R30 per share you would have had the same value as pre consolidation in your portfolio.
Currently trading at R26.77 which is down 10.7% from R30 consolidate price per share. So we are currently lost 10.7% due to consolidation of shares.
Or looking at it at pre consolidation prices we were trading at 0.06c and at current level (R26.77) our 6c per share are now worth 0.053c, down 10.7%
I hate share consolidations. I tried to sell out all my shares pre consolidation at 6c but volumes of over 1,2 billion shares on offer for sale was to much and blocked me from selling everything.
I will definitely consider selling close to R30 a share.

I am also close to being a billionaire according to my ABSA broker account - LOL.
Think we need to wait for brokers to update our accounts with consolidated figures.

Can shares be sold, or have to wait for share consolidation? I'm seeing numbers in my port folio I haven't seen before

If the numbers looks wrong (value of shares should not have changed much from yesterday), then better not to sell. Else, call your broker.

I understand why they want to do the consolidation my only problem is It’s going to scare me away cause it felt good and exciting accumulating shares since I’m still young. So my 1 Million shares will change to 2000 shares which will suck… even though The value will remain the same I don't think the consolidation will grab more investors attention
You are not the type of investor they hope to draw with consolidation.
Some institutions wont touch penny stocks, and those insitutions dont buy R60k, they buy multiples.
