Thanks I have checked that Table.

 

Does this mean permanent or temporary suspension of Steinhoff shares form the JSE and Frankfurt exchanges on 17 March 2023?

 

According to that Shareholders Circular, this share will then stay suspended while the Ord shareholders get their CVR certificates : Under a scenario, viz.  when the result of the voting is an overwhelming YES FOR THE CREDITORS PROPOSAL. This share will then stay suspended for ever!!!

 

Under a scenario 2, when all the shareholders vote NO then share trading might open again so that the other proposal can be tested in the Belgium court

 

Is this correct? Any one with comments

Nothing surprises me anymore.
I’m seeing similar fever on Aveng on another site. Folks talking about the share hitting R48 by end of year. Don’t know where these “pro’s” pull their thinking from some times.
Or rather I think I know, but it’s not polite to say.

Maybe the pros are delta DDT and squidie..... lol using more cooler names....lol

Could be something to do with the results on friday, or the valuation of the company, if it is going to be debt free.

80 % = 10 Billion Euro
20 % = 2.5 Billion Euro
The share could have an upside potential for R 10 to R 12 zar

We have to wait and see....................
