And so the lies and misleading statements and recommendations carry on, the vast majority of the shareholders are small shareholders and can easily be threatened or taken for a ride.

All stake holders are making lots of money out of this company except the small shareholders that haven't made and won't be making a cent not in the foreseeable future and not anytime beyond that, and especially if the zero voting power is implemented.

With that, it was likely to lead to the opinion.

The stench continues. This whole saga begs for a surgical dissection starting with the run up to the settlement and all the cost deals with the TT boys, Wiese, PIC and the creditors. Sadly I don’t think it will happen and now I have resigned myself to writing off a 7 figure profit I should have banked. Yes. 7 figures. And the first number is not 1, or 2 or ….

cant help but think there are a couple of twists still to come in this tale...it all seems like a chess game between shareholders and creditors.

 

for example...What happens if PPH has a takeover bid now that they own less than 50%....would the creditors be able to block it....or would they have to rethink their offer?
