I thought there was the meeting yesterday with all the parties and the judge to discuss the way forward!

Well not sure he will be successful because he only own 50% and he needs PIC to agree!! If PIC has not agreed up to now why would they agree in the next 10 days?

seems like our court system is like playing the lottery...why could the judge not just boot the case out and bring finality to that specific case

My understanding without PIC the Lancaster court cases falling flat. I would assume the same will happen to the SARB case also.
