Im long on SNH, but this really surprises me considering they are a little cash strapped...just bizzare paying dividends now..surely?

This is the third year they paying dividends to preference shares after the 7 Dec 2017 crash?

I dont believe SNH is cash strapped. They have loans that need to be rescheduled once the GS are completed (step 3) but very sure in the near term even ordenary shareholders can expect a dividend.

Agree, I am sure there will be a lot of talk behind closed doors. And this in my view is what the TT boys want. Special treatment for special people

My view there is no talking behind closed door. I believe its on SNH best interest to take TT old boys on from the front.

It might take time to complete the GS but to give in to them is commiting suicide.

In my view TT old boys got paid way too much for the business. So if they were willing to take the risk at that time not going for cash like actis did then must not complain now.

i doubt that this will be resolved by December.....TT and the local judges not going anywhere....I think we will see constant delays in the courts....no judge wants to touch this

I think their ploy is to get a big offer...I dont think they want to liquidate SNH, otherwise everyones money goes down, in fact the more they stuff around it makes share price worse..they should use their noodles

you have to bend you knees if you want to jump high, lets hope it's that and not a stumble to only get back up

the volumes traded was so low...maybe they though it would catch people out with stop losses in place...
