I think if the judge would have postponed the hearing today we would have known by now. TT probably not getting there way

Yeah sure that is a great ratio but means squat it only shows financial position of the company i think TT made the real calculation and eliminated the accumulated depreciation decreasing the ppe year to year which ultimately although the value of assets is 1 billion it can actually be sold 5x the book value.

It is interesting SIHPL has Net Assets of Eur 1,328 and Total Liabilities of Eur 6,866 so from where will Mr. Mostert get more money? I think the TT old boys cannot do arithmetic maybe they never did any maths at school!!

Sure they cannot be so stupid that think CW and the MPC claimants will support their cause???

The liabilities exceed the assets by 5.17 times therefore in liquidation TT old boys will only get maximum Eur 21.27 mil of the Eur 110 mil claim!!!

How can the judge entertain a party with a maximum claim of Eur 110 mil to jeopardize the losses of others which have much more to loose

I have a feeling the judge is going to approve the GS today and will tell the TT old boys to continue in court with SNH to sort out their differences.

I'm also feeling confident about this..

Don't know much about law in liquidation but my understanding the courts always view winding up as last resort. In SNH case they can very well survive if the GS is done and they have the votes so its beyond my imagination why would a judge prevent the GS to wind up the company!!!

The other question is why didn't they try and block the decision in the Dutch court last week?
