Not good how can these guys get away with this. No a cent of capital was injected and the company is surviving with over R50 billion in payouts. It just doesn't add up to me. How can litigants get payouts when the company is surviving. The fattest litigant was responsible for this mess. Louis created this scenario to justify his ridiculous salary and like sheep nobody challenges. He could have changed the dialog refused a settlement and just made the group survive in a healthy way which it is more than capable of doing. Soon he will be knocking on our doors for money. After dishing out half of our assets.

They have literally pissed away assets debt has just grown assets decreased its mind boggling for anyone to support this grossly incompetent management team and the trajectory that they put a group that had great assets. They had misstatements but what brought the share price down was it the true value of Steinhoff or was it managements management of this thing. Over R50 billion has been pissed away to claimants and consultants. Interest rate at 10 percent. We won't mention the over billion that they paid themselves to throw away our assets this whole thing in my mind is illogical.

This is the third year they paying dividends to preference shares after the 7 Dec 2017 crash?

I dont believe SNH is cash strapped. They have loans that need to be rescheduled once the GS are completed (step 3) but very sure in the near term even ordenary shareholders can expect a dividend.
