What will happen if only one of the proceedings is successful?

• The Dutch SoP and S155 Scheme are inter-conditional; both have to be approved by the relevant courts in order for the Steinhoff Group Settlement to succeed.

That is being called a "Voetsek" for Steinhoff and its shareholders...

If they don't accept the claim Steinhoff would have to liquidate but the claimants will never see a cent again. Why people are happy is because the big players seem to be accepting of the claims and usually the others will follow.

Hi Midas been a long time! Today voting in Amsterdam on settlement and on Monday voting in SA. If positive then SNH will move on to the last phase financial restructuring!!
