Class Composition Application: Between 4 to 6 August 2021 the Western Cape High Court is scheduled to hear a dispute regarding the composition of the classes proposed in the Section 155 Proposal. SIHPL is opposing the application and believes that the three classes proposed (MPCs, Contractual Claimants and Financial Creditors) have been properly constructed.

Very quite everyone waiting on next week hearing between the 4th and 6th. My take i if it goes SNH way we going to get a good jump but if not we can expect a sharp fall!! So be alert!!!

So I am thinking all these companies now in legal battles with SNH ......they also misled the individual on the street. Giving buy signals to the average investor. I think the next lawsuit should be against OM, Allan Grey, etc because they took people's funds and invest it into SNH.....

 

Their contracts are quite tight on this. The client carries all the risk and the asset managers try their best to maximise returns and maybe take a cut on fees if they do not make target, What a great business to be in!

it is evident that the Stellenboch mafia wants to sink this company, why we will never know....

And Louis is their boy. They stripping the value out of it. That is why. If he leaves and a strong negotiator comes in and proposes what he should have zero settlement but much greater value creation. Who will be able to argue that?
The settlement is around R20 billion. If its dropped and things done right everyone will gain in multiples. Not a handful of individuals who are in fact responsible for this.

plus they had all the anylist to read and analyze the Financials but there greed also led to losses for the normal person in the pension fund....RA unit trust fund EtF ....all these funds or institutions should be sued
