4 years later and this is what we get. Why must Steinhoff pay legal fees. Is Louis not a lawyer. About time he works.

Just saw a sense about Tongaat. They are restructuring there debt..no time frame and they going to delay the results. But share price up 10%....I don't understand how the markers work

Just looked at the directors dealings on the website. Looks like there has not been one director that bought shares since 2007....why don't they believe in there own company

 

 

Would share incentives be listed as director dealings? 

 

I know there was some creative share allocations when Jooste was still at the helm...

Well from technical point if SNh can stay above this 204 mark it will slowly climb up...positive

all the subsidiaries are doing well...... ? 

In my opinion SNH doing ( going according to what I predicted long time ago) well but will depend on the settlements!

 

We need to get over the court cases and then the final restructure can be put in place by December.

Good Cash generating in my view.

Loss per share - moved from 36.7c to 9.6c - this is good

Assets increased with 1 Bil EUR

Going Concern - Pg 12 Conclusion Based on the Group’s cash flow forecasts and financial projections, alongside an assessment of a robust set of plausible downside stress test scenarios, the Management Board is satisfied that the Group will be able to operate within the levels of its facilities and resources for the foreseeable future

they also stressed that all this is only possible with the settlement wish we still don't know is going to happen
