I am not a day trader.
I use logic when investing. Look at the assets.
Buy and hold. But incompetent management rears their head to spoil everything.

I just want a solid management team who functions ethically and knows and demonstrates what they there for.

I can't sell out. I need to make back my losses.

I was very excited when Louis came on board. Thought that the guy must be good.
But I have been grossly dissapointed.

Hi Zanme I will use your own words to explain:

I use logic when investing. Look at the assets. - Sure you have been caught just like everyone else me included. I lost a considerable amount of money shorting SNH in 2016 because I did not trust their financial but the Coronations new better and pushed the price up so I had to sell out with lots of tears. At that time went to a PSG investor day they said SNH is the best thing in the world. I could not believe what I was earing.

Dam I forgot to blame Jooster then !!!

Buy and hold. But incompetent management rears their head to spoil everything. - Never get married to your share and never blame mangement for the reason you hold those shares. Shareholding its adecision that you as a holder need to decide should I keep them or not. I will tell you even before the CVA I kept my SNH because I did my own calculation that there is a way out. You as a investorv must make your own calculations forget about management. For me my focus is not LdP is Boyd with PEPCO. LdP is just going through the motion,

I can't sell out. I need to make back my losses. - My friend I can tell you know holding on to losses will not ensure your future success. It is here that a lot of investors loose the plot. Ok so you will not sell but then depending on the price you bought could take a number of years to get on the green. I will bet with you once you in the green you will sell immediately saying whow I finally got out of it! Then loose out again on the future profits. Why not sell and buy like I sowed you?

But I have been grossly dissapointed - Me too I am highly disappointed but not with management. I am highly disappointed with the institutional investors the Coronations and Allen Grey´s that are supporting the lawyers at your and my cost! The reason I say that is Coronation and Allen Gray are investing other people money not their own. That´s the sad reality part.

So my friend chill out on a few green bees in time you will be holidaying in the Bahamas!!!

Hi Zanme I do feel for you so I will give the same explanation I gave Lionel 3 years ago.

Let say I spent R100K buying SNH at R10. I have 10,000 shares.

Now the share has dropped to R2 so the money value is R20K

If I sell it at R2 I get 20,000 then I buy it back at R1.90 I pay R19,000.(not including brokerage for simplicity to explain)

At the end of the deal I still have 10000 share but now I also have R1,000

I do that 10 times I have R10K if I do that 100 times I have R100K

So if I do nothing and sit and complain about management I still have nothing all I have is my portfolio in the red.

My friend snap out of it think big!!! You can complain about LdP all you life he will never save you!!! Save yourself!!

I should be asking you guys if you own a share in the company.

Since you guys are so knowledgeable or algorithms how many shares does Louis have?

If he does not believe in his own ability to create value he doesn't get my vote.

I have explained ed nauseum as to why I ak invested in Steinhoff. I live in hope that things will turn around. And that the good shareholders will make positive changes. But it still doesn't condone how these guys have managed this.

If they want a settlement then be fair. Give Christo the same that they giving the others. Give them all less and move on. Louis can fight the court cases if they arise. Let the guys that run the operations do so and Louis can pay down debt by sacrificing his salary. Tightening his belt.
If he wants a bonus it will be based on performance and will be in shares.

Hi Zanme , Algorithm does nor have a shareholding list its a system to buy and sell in high frequency. Its like to rootlet wheel in the casino.

I dont know what you reading my friend but your hate for management is making you blind to the PEOCO events that is taking place.

It has now taken over Pepkor in income and SNH virtually made Eur1 bil since listing.

Forget about the noise we not going to change it but one thing I know PEPCO will be with a lot in years to come o sit back drink green beer and enjoy the ride.

Hi Zanme, in the Tongaat are the Hamiltons involved? Do you know who the Hamiltons are? They are a Australian company listed focused on claims!!

Does that tell you something?

Look what I found in the internet:

Hamilton 2 B.V. was set up on Tuesday the 5th of June 2018. Their current partial address is Dublin, and the company status is Normal.

Daddy and guys.

I think you don't understand this logically.
It's pretty simple. Say in your personal life you bought assets that worthless. Owed the bank money.
But you have a steady income that is growing satisfactorily.
Its simple what you do is tighten your belt.
Meet with the bank negotiate a decent interest rate and you pay down that debt.

Louis did the opposite he splurged like there was no tomorrow on himself and anybody and everyone.

He negotiated a poor interest rate and hasn't settled a bit of debt.

Why aren't shareholders suing Tongaat. Because management demonstrated to shareholders that they know what they doing.

So you can sell your shares to pay Louis bonuses when he reaches Stage 3 of asset shedding.

Hi Zanme I am sure Lionel will agree with me I have been saying for the lat 3  years SNH has been my best ATM ever!!!

Stop complaining make money on the moves!!!

There are a number of people on this forum that have averaged down buy selling high and buying back low.

I tried to teach this technique to Lionel ( I call it shorting my own shares) but he thought i was a bullXXXXer.

The biggest mistake a investor makes is sitting with is loss making shares waiting for it to get back on the green one day and complain about management.

You need to view that the money invested on a share is the same as a screwdriver to a electrician its a tool.

Therefore make use of your tools and stop hoping somehow management will make you rich!!!

Hi Zanme have you heard of algorithm trading? I assume you have not well let me explain:

Algorithm trading is a computer trading system that runs by it self and one of the main deciding factor is news. So when the news came out with the date deferred to 3rd September the computer read it as a very bad news and dumped lots of shares.
To give you a example this morning sold a considerable amount of shares at Eur 0.1230 because in my view the share was running because LdP sent out financials and they much the same as before but algorithm viewed it positive. ( you know the pump and dump) My idea was to re-buy at 0.1160 which I though would be on Monday ( after the machines get reset) and cancelled my buy orders however then I saw the drop and pressed the buy button at 0.1160 and actually I bought at 0.1140.
Thats how fast it dropped!!! That had nothing to do with LdP he was having sundowners in the V&A celebrating the results.

Yes for me he indeed deserves a good bonus!!! I am extremely happy with LdP results the right man at the right time!!!

New voting date 3 Sept in line with conclusion of Tekkie hearing 1-3 Sept. All carefully planned ???

For me this is perfect. What everyone missed is that Hamiltons have not managed to cancel the CoR and voting is going ahead.

Shame daddy. But as long as Louis makes his millions you guys will be drinking green beer. Ha ha is on you.

You guys must be working for Louis.

Not in the history of capitalism has any group of individuals been so happy for the fortunes of another who has created misfortune for them.

Hi Zanme the reason why the SNH share remains low is not because of LdP.

It is due to greedy shareholders that are supporting Lawyers making a income on claims.

Why don´t you same some of your energy to engage/educate the Coronations and Allen Grays and others investment institutions to stop supporting law firms that focus on making money at your cost?

LdP is simply fighting off the greedy vultures!!!

Just think a little bit, where would the share price be if it was not for the Trevo, Hamiltons and Tekkie Town old boys!!!
