I think if it was good news they would have released it by now... I've got the suspension that they will release sometime after market close as per usual when they had bad news

Is Steinhoff sailing in stormy waters? Closer to safe shores, I would have already expected some info on the cases in Amsterdam and Cape Town...

According to evidence given during the last hearing in SA regarding the Trevo and Hamilton application to nullify the board decisions regarding guarantees to offshore entities, it was mentioned that around 28 June the meeting date for the S155 proceedings meeting in SA would be announced and that such a meeting will take place around 28 July.  My opinion would 28 July be the final vote to see if Global Settlement will take place.  This date also being my birthday, I hope for a positive result.

I went through the newspaper articles again. It seems yesterday was a hearing? I was under the impression it was actual judgement. Not sure when we'll hear the results. Will just have to wait for the SENS or the media to cover it.
