Is this the case we have all been waiting for ?

 

One of them. This is the start of possible good things. 

 

The other is the creditors meeting the end of the month 30 of June and the big liquidation case in September. What I'm not certain of is the appeal against the SARB judgement that SNH may take funds overseas? Not sure if this was the article, not a premium subscriber Would rather use the funds to buy SNH shares LOL

I agree SNH has come to far just to fail at the final hurdle. Look at Tongaat...PPC...for example

The board has to do that and has been doing that since the beginning of this poop show. Anything is possible but I would consider a liquidation a low possibility at this point. They would not have only sold off a small % of Pepco if this was indeed the case.
