When is the Trevo Hamilton ruling due?

I dont know maybe Squideye can post an update!

You missing the ruling inTrevo and Hamilton case.

For me the day traders are the ones making the movements.

If it was a short close, it wasn't a bad close.... share still ended the day higher in the greens and there weren't THAT many shorts. SNH traded about 1 million more shares than previous 4 days. So 1 million shorts compared to what it available on market.... and with all the court cases happening.. I'm okay with that ( in the bigger scheme of things)

But if I were to take a bet, I'd say it most likely is price control as suggested by Ironman. Keeping the price at bay until the hearings are all heard out.

You missing the ruling inTrevo and Hamilton case.

Yesterday was a futures close...could it be that the hedge funds closed there short positions ...instead of dumping large amounts at a time not to scare the markets...and not loosing there asses in the process....so sick of this practice

Would be interesting to get a view of today's trades. Specially after 10h30. There was the recurring volumes of 14, then 64, I see it is now alternating trades between 16 and 67. Just wondering what the end game is, manipulating up or down or trying to trigger technical indicators.

haha! I have no issue with someone being upset and posting it on a forum but just contribute as well. Pop some interesting info on here for everyone to consume. 

But across multiple boards he just spews crap that has zero backing.

We have not had a good solo performance from zanme in a while

good news that Hamilton appeal was thrown out . Looking for another extension past end of June can't be good. Thought we would have this mess sorted by end of this month more uncertainty
