SIHNV’s administrators have requested the supervisory judges in the Dutch SoP to defer the creditors’ meeting of 30 June 2021. This request is currently pending, and no revised date for the creditors’ meeting has yet been scheduled
yip, I know of that one, but until request is not pending or new date has been confirmed.....

I went through the newspaper articles again. It seems yesterday was a hearing? I was under the impression it was actual judgement. Not sure when we'll hear the results. Will just have to wait for the SENS or the media to cover it.

agree pepkor has paid down half of their debt and is still sitting on a hefty cash balance according to their last results why not pay to shareholders... Covid is behind the.....kak excuse nowPepkor has been paying dividends regularly but suspended if I am correct for a year to pay the debt down. Very sure Pepco will also pay dividends.
In fact its from dividends and share sales that SNH can pay off the corporate debt of Eur9.2 bil.

My question still remains why can't Pepkor or Pepco not pay Div to its shareholders...? Won't this enable SNH to repay debt ....

12h11 on Sharenet, there was a trade of 393k shares. All the trades around are between 5 and 9k ...

My guess is that the price is going to hover around the current level until we get some form of news.
Small trades 'manipulating' at the moment with the more serious traders holding on!
