what I the process now for the settlement? The creditors must vote before the 25th of june..if they vote in favor of the settlement will we see more court cases ? This is starting to scare me

This court case is about having a better deal for Trevo and Hamiltons. quite sure neither want to see SNH liqidated because like Old Mutal, PIC and Coronation and others still own shares then they would loose all that upside too. For me all this is just noise.

What are the implications of all of this. Management made Steinhoff a free for all including themselves and everyone is looking to benefit the consultants have already scored for adding absolutely zero value. Management continues to score. Now its greedy Christo and his fellow shareholders. So what i will also like to know if Christo gets paid out does he give up his shareholding in Steinhoff? Surely that must happen. Management has done nothing for us current shareholders and who knows if there will be anything left after these greedy vultures take every piece of our company.

so today Snh received R16 billion to pay towards debt....pepco also said that it will pay all outstanding loans back to SNH....therefore in my opinion SNH will be able to manage there debt...Tekkies will fail with there application...just my humble opinion

By September PEPCO share price will be over Eur12 quite sure there will be enough cash to settle Eur 110 mil claim. Tekkie Town not going to win this and quite sure all the braais in Hermanus will actually play against them!!! It will not surprize me if  SNH legal team will have good information about the relationships at the braais. Or maybe even a interesting SMS or Whatsapp!!!

applications to intervene in the Liquidation Application, prior to the hearing of the Liquidation
Application.

The share price up 3,5% this morning closed down 2% the evening. Why?

People on sideline waiting on the court hearings. Of interest PEPCO reached the Eur10 per share!!! 18 mil shares traded
