I’d always question the credibility of individuals or entities who call an instrument lower but don’t actually open a short position, hence I don’t pay attention to analysts, journalists, economists or doomsayers on a forum.

The market is notorious for flushing out the weak. Sheep are selling at levels where Wolves are buying or buying at levels where they selling which has always been how the market works. If you are a sheep, spend time working on the psychological aspect and train your brain not to fear pull backs whether you long or short. As long as you have a plan and invalidation levels, you shouldn’t fear red. Most of all, you can sleep well knowing the rest is up to the market.

On a personal note, it will be almost a year since I bought into SNH. Happy to be +95% and in a free trade as I know that if price reaches my entry, I was wrong and should get out at break even.

Still looking forward to April 2022.

Time for those Friday beers......

At least they just released a Sens now stating that they will defend this case vigorously in court. That for me is positive.. silence is not an option anymore

This is what I would do if I was Takkie Town fellow:

That a loan for the R110 mil coming my way from settlement buy SNH shares at R2.00 would buy 55 mil.

They got 43mil shares for R1.8 Bil (or near that) so after buy the new shares they would have 98 mil shares for R1.91 Bil a average share price of: R20.53

Then just wait for the recovery and then they have all their money back even more if the share goes up to R40.

Pushing liquidation they will get ZERO!!!

Exactly, surely these guys have thought about this and won’t let pride get in the way. They in the game of making money, liquidation would mean Fokall money for them.

I guess we have to wait and see.

Exactly, what about the money to be made off the share price appreciation to come once claims are settled ? That’s where the money will be made.

It’s nonsensical, or please someone correct my thinking if I am wrong.
