PEPCO  Shares Issued: 575,000,000

EBITDA (in 5 years time): €1,000,000,000

Multiple :12

Value of PEPCO:  €12,000,000,000

NAV per share €20.87

SNH Holding value of PEPCO: €9,129,531,485

 

So PEPCOR value in 5 years covers all the Corporate debt and then what about MF, PEPKOR and GB value??

if today is DDay for claimants to vote, does anyone know when the results will be released....I am assuming if the vote is bad...price will go back to... dare I say it...50c

How does this look for steinhoff

 

Steinhoff should obtain about 1 Billion € from this IPO (17,5% of 5.5 Bil. €).

This cash sholud be used to reduce net debt from current 9.6 Bil € to 8.6 Bil €.

 

Steinhoff will continue to have more then 80% of Pepco.

 

So with this IPO Steinhoff balance figures won't change dramatically.

 

The swap Debt/Equity I think will be an end of 2021 news, when also litigation will be settled.

Yes u are correct... So why don't u trade it, u'll make money... I'm on 11 trades, will not go long now... Still too much drama

I am long and I'm still buying as we go along this bumpy road. I started with average price of R8 I'm now down to 2,69.......was in the green a while ago. Then the sudden decline in price again.

I'm not impressed because everytime leading up to good news the price drips 10 to 15%....so we that are not trading the share gets nothing out of it
