the announcement came quite late in SA...any guesses on the share price over the next couple weeks?

There was a jump in Tradegate but the real jump will be from now to 5th May if one of the claimant accepts the settlement.

But in my opinion its's hogwash. How do they wanna know what and where the shareholders have opted for it --- "but Pepco's management and shareholders are understood to have opted for Poland owing to its huge presence in the country."

The next event on the shareholder diary is Agm 30 April so there might be another run up the week leading up to it?

I don´t trust analyst indicators because they take their positions well before the announcement. Before a negative announcement all their friend are already shorting then hoping the announcement will attract enough idiots for them to make their money. If they were so smart and knew everything they would have all the money in the world. Be very careful for these gents they have hidden agendas.

Surely with 4/6 the deal will go through ?
Not sure what the current requirements are for a deal to be struck but that to me would seal it ?
When is D-day ? End of June ?

I see anylist rating on sharenet has gone back to Sell....

 

I wonder what spooked them analysts.....would thing the 4 out 6 would be a "buy" indicator.....

I wouldn't put much stock in it..  Ascendis Health is 100% buy, that needle can't go any further to buy... .but it is down 6% today.

Can't believe there has been so little movement on snh recently. Hopefully we have upwards movement again soon.
That being said yesterday I saw alot of red in different markets, so guess we can't complain to much

When is the next set of news to come from the company's? Pepkor Pepco etc. Trading locally seems to be picking up!

Completely agree. I literally closed the article when I saw that paragraph. Made zero sense and had no evidence to back it up.

I sense an agenda here as this unfounded hatred cannot come from a reasonable journalist.

That show how little she understands Steinhoffś legal issues. I understand the SENS very well because I am updating my knowledge of Steinhoff regularly.

 

But in its attempt to provide details while not disclosing one iota of information that could be used against it in a court battle at some later stage, each announcement manages to do little more than add to the confusion.

Further SNH share went from 78 cts to R2.40 because all investors are confused by the sens messages!!! Incredible stupid comment to assume everyone is confused.
