So total claims amount to R130bn.

 

Claimants who are still disputing:

1. Hamilton - R17bn (13%)

2. Lancaster - R12bn (9%)

 

Not sure if I am missing anyone?

 

They account for 22% and the s155 process requires 75% consent. But I don't think the 22% will entirely be allocated to the s155 process in South Africa as Hamilton is based in Ireland?

Good news! Any ideas around what % claim they collectively accounted for?

I think with the Wiese approvals and the VeB this will be enough....but just a guess
