Well ... compared to the bloodbath we see elsewhere I'd almost say Steinhoff is having a good day haha.

Im gonna try and make a prediction...I looked at the chart seems like we found a resistance level round R1,90...share could rise to 2,50....or it will go all the way down to R1,30

I think claimants are going to force them to IPO Pepgroup in exchange for settlement shares....they all going to want a piece of that IPO....so will make SNH lives miserable as much as possible....just a thought....

the offer is for Pepkor shares at R15....dont think they can overturn that

Sometime ago someone mentioned about the effect that Brexit had on the share price. Brexit is done....where are the risk coming from now? Is it still the lockdown in Britain?

Ondersoek na Steinhoff duur voort, sê Valke @ https://docdro.id/Ml4aT9k

Haha the Valke have lost the plot. This exactly what I have been saying all along did Jooste break the low or he used the accountancy rules to help him along. Jooste was no fool (in fact a very smart accounted being guided by accounting firms advisory sector) he would not go a commit a common crime. My opinion is he will never get convicted it will all come down to: Ask maths teacher what is 1+1 he will say 2 ask accountant the same his answer; What do you want it to be!!!

Steinhoff, three years on: What has happened to Markus Jooste? https://www.news24.c...jooste-20210222 that is the problem nothing is happening to him. And I still think Christo Wiese new what was going on...but now he is the biggest claimant against SNH

I guess I'm struggling to understand how the vote for the UK Hearing was well over 90% (as I recall), but now we are below 80% again? Was that vote on different groups of claimants? Still a lot of ifs & buts in your statement on getting them won over. My pessimistic conclusion is that these court cases were not all that much a victory and Steinhoff is still far, far off from a GS.

Share is tanking too. Gotta love Monday mornings haha.

I am talking about 20% of shareholders not credit holders. In the UK was all about creditors. The Hamilton gang are disgruntled shareholders that don´t agree with the settlement proposal.

Just watch that 20% will evaporate to a couple of diehards. If they refuse then SNH goes to court and fight it. Which judge will support Hamilton and his sidekicks looking for money guaranty when you v«buy shares in the open market?

Thanks for sharing.

Is the below true? Is 20% against the settlement proposal as it stands? That would be almost be enough to derail everything? And I thought we were close haha. Seems just impossible to really figure where we really stand until we get to the vote in June...

"By one estimate, Wiese’s recovery rate is between eight and 15 times more than that of Steinhoff shareholders who bought in the market. The parties behind that estimate, who speak on behalf of at least 20% of Steinhoff’s shareholders, last week vowed to continue fighting the proposed settlement"
