Morning,
Any views from the technical/chart people here. What is the legs on this new pump?
Its in an upward trend since October. It's trading well above the SMA 100 and 200 levels on Xetra. So from a chart perspective its currently looking very good.
However, with the key dates coming up this and next week chart technical don't mean anything with these events. I will reassess 1st of February when the dust is settled.

The company needs to litigate against him Markus the auditors but there is total silence instead they willing to pay him out.
And they don't have to pay for a lawyer. Louis is one and members on the forum have certified his credibility.

Possibly. Christo and Stellenbosch Mafia gets a settlement and they have the upside in the share price. It is most illogical to me. Especially considering that he was the Chairman. Just because he cried doesn't make him entitled to anything. He must settle his liabilities and leave our company alone.

Maybe it's some of Wiese's shares that was held as surety by Goldmans Sacks when they gave him the loan in 2016 to increase his Steinhoff shares. Maybe the shares was only now tranferred to them after the crash....? Any views on this?

Load Shedding started in 2007, not 2021. Most retailers have back up generators to continue servicing customers.

Not good for Pepkor:
Brace for load shedding until winter
43% of capacity is unavailable, and the outlook is dire …

Is it not a transaction for their clients. Maybe one of the big shareholders moving their shares?

Steinhoff Investments: Resumption Of Trade - The Company is pleased to announce that the JSE has agreed to resume trade of the Preference Shares with effect from 18 January 2021.
How will this announcement affect things...surely this is a fantastic step in the right direction....must surely give shareholders confidence

Good move in terms of avoiding loss, but unfortunately does have its cost in terms of unrealising potential income that otherwise would have been achievable.
Yes Tom I agree there will be loss on income from 44 shops however quite sure the 800 that remain hopen with now the frozen food section added their income growth will outstrip the loss of income from the 44 shops.
