Wiese has sold all his shares.
I cannot understand how this is not insider trading? Is it part of the GP or did the banks now do their margin calls?
Also why on earth did he buy more shares in 2019 at around 10 cents and now sells them at 5 cents.
I'm a bit concerned about this.
What do u guys think?

As far as I understand it, he was forced to exit due to margin calls. But there is so much misinformation around all these things.

Larry we can agree to disagree and leave it at that. Let's hope we at least make back what we lost on this mess.
Zanme, for what it is worth, I agree with you, (Facts or no Facts). They are overpaid.
That Stellenbosch setup always smells, it has that stigma for a good reason.

With Pepco group planning to split from Steinhoff down the line, would this not be disastrous for SNH as Pepco is one of their largest income generators, if I'm not mistaken? And I take it SNH will be using the sale amount to pay off a portion of their debt?

Please stop defending this. Your arguments have no basis. The company needs to look at the most cost effective way of managing it. He is earning far too much. Firstrand also has interests overseas that are profitable. And 94 percent of shareholders who made an effort to attend the AGM lile myself who truly care about the well being of the company share the same view. So if you happy for whatever odd reason with someone earning a huge salary at your expense than so be it. But please don't force your agenda on everyone else. I can't see further value being lost just because someone feels that he is entitled to it.

Interesting: https://www.barentsk...n-barentskrans/
So according to the website Barentskrans has 20% of share yet they were present at AGM but the share voting was only 13%. So if we say only Barentskras was present then 7% of the shreholders refused to give them rights to vote.

Haha Zanme thats the diference the FNB CEO is working for a South African company earning South African salaries. LDP was smart got a job on a European company earning European salaries paid in ZAR with headoffice in South Africa. Its not is fault shareholders voted to move SNH from SA to Europe. Surely you must be joking a Company with nearly E 800 mil EBITDA now E2.5 mil is a big issue? Please note I am not defending LDP or feel that he is earning excessive salary because it was people like you that voted for SNH to move to Europe now dont complain on salary costs. As I said before for shareholders the listing of SNH in Europe was the biggest financial heist because overnight your money left SA with all the blessing of the Reserve Bank. I remember at that time everybody was so exited. Further LDP was voted to directorship by shareholders so now why are shareholders complaining. LDP salary it is not at my expense the reason the share price is this low is because the same greedy shareholders whant to have their money back. It is those greedy people that are you pain and costing you all your losses. Why dont you focus some energy that way then I fully support you.

Allan Pulinger CEO of Firstrand earned R8. 8 million salary and R22 million short term bonus. Totalling R 30 million. Louis earned over R50 million in cash. Firstrands market cap is R205 billion. Steinhoffs market cap is R3. 6 billion. Every extra cent paid to Louis is destroying shareholder value when you dealing with such a penny stock. I can't understand how any shareholder will be overjoyed with Louis becoming a multi millionare at their expense. Soon his total earnings will equate to the R3. 6 billion market cap. Is he giving you something on the side? Or are you one of the litigants or debt holders earning 10 percent return because that is who he is working for. And as a shareholder i have rights to put an end to that behaivour.
Ok great that true so take 50 mil divide by 19.5 and we get E2.5 mil well take a good look around what CEO earn in Europe

Louis the lawyers annual salary is half of the corronation stake. You right it is a lot just like his ridiculously high salary. Its amusing actually.
Haha Zanme you sure have a deep hate for LDP. What did he do to you? Take a good look around what do other CEO´s earn?
