We have the very first set of audited financials with some really good numbers. We also have a court precedent which will anger a really big claimant in Christo wiese......
The company has a nice cash flow. Some really strong assets. Think provides for some value to be realised..... Covid is a dampener on the stock market. Expect this share to make some really amazing gains in the coming days with some climbs.. And pull backs and further climbs...
Why have we got r2 as a ceiling, maybe the first hurdle but we should be north of r6

With the South African court ruling that:
1- a share holder (including previous ones) cannot sue other share holders.
2- Steinhoff is the sole entity that can sue the wrong doers, and so compensations can only be awarded to Steinhoff.
That will make Wiese's and old TT owner's cases invalid, as not only were they share holders, but also insiders and part of the management.
According to me it's Steinhoff that should sue Wiese for reckless and negligence, as he was party to the demise of Steinhoff (so he was largely victim of himself, not of Steinhoff).
As for the class action in The Netherlands and Germany, the law there may or may not be the same, but if a ruling is achieved which will take many years, then usually the compensations are not that significant and will probably ruled to be paid in affordable installments, and isn't for the share holders that were part of Steinhoff's management at the time.

"As a result, the refinanced debt can be repaid directly by Steinhoff N.V.’s subsidiaries without having to upstream dividends to Steinhoff N.V. in order to achieve this."
The quoted above is the advantage of the CVA (over the old cancelled Lock-Up Agreement), where this will release the pressure off Steinhoff and off the its subsidiaries.

Revenue growth was driven by the general merchandise businesses in Europe (Pepco Group) and Africa (Pepkor Africa), both of which continued to expand during the year. Pepco Group, in particular, is growing at a rapid pace, driven by further expansion of its store footprint in central and eastern Europe
