Question to you all, dont you find today diferent usually a good run up then drop yet today nothing? Could it be figures now more secretive?

Not at all, the last "related party transaction" Executive left 18 May..now we are all on the same flat playing field.

I believe there will be information that would have made over reaction in the market.

Won't expect it now. Most already individual investors and won't sell cheap. Most holding on. Others won't buy high.
Think patience required. Buy and look away...... Come back next year........

Good idea to present financials when economy is open and not during lockdown. If numbers is good and market add the news about legal claim in favor of Steinhoff then hopefully R2.00 tomorrow.

The share price is going no where, I wonder why because we had some seriously good news the last weeks.

 

- Two extremely good trading statements by the Pepco and Pepkor group.

- Mattress firm is generating profits again

- First legal claim was in favor of Steinhoff against the class action claims.

- Looks like AFS 2019 will be issued tomorrow. ( However I cannot see a clean audit opinion as yet as we still have the issue regarding the going concern due to the litigations.

- Greenlit brands might be listed 

- Volumes are increasing.

 

So let's see maybe there is a nasty surprise we might see in tomorrows AFS. I'm once again expecting a 300 page AFS.

June 29 (Financial Review) -- Australia's second largest furniture retailer, Greenlit Brands, is ramping up plans to spin off and float one of its biggest businesses.
Street Talk can reveal Greenlit Brands, which is owned by Steinhoff, has called investment banks to pitch to float Fantastic Furniture which makes and sells mass market lounges, dining suites, beds and the like.
It is understood Greenlit sent a handful of investment banks a request for proposal and has asked for written responses this week.
