Birdie says load on these shares... Depressed prices from many individual investors looking for liquidity...... Similar to a number of shares on jse where value and pe rediculous. May see alternative strategies... Unbundling, delisting, resisting or listing... Etc for a number of companies.......... Will see if I can get more by Friday at least...

Interestingly quite a number of Google hits of steinhoff forecasts and Wallstreet forecast can't be certain exact site has this at 0.39 long term with 400% growth.... Can't trust these sites. But still very interesting the sentiment coming through.....

Yip Massive trades !!!

80 mil odd traded in the last 5 minutes on Friday, Someone bailing and someone bullish !!! Could well be funds trading.

Today is again seeing a huge volume being traded, Think it is the lead up to possibly bullish sentiment to the financials being good!

All we however now need is an anouncement in another delay of results, then we will see a bloodbath!

Roll on 30th !!!

I am eager to see mf results. Have you seen any trading updates. They have been maintaining stores and pushing online through the lockdown. Also casper under heavy scrutiny and potentially facing an imminent legal case.

Taking the loss leader off the books and the overheads will be fantastic for the business. Mind you the tax write off goes with it. Makes the court cases.. Impending.... More complex.... How do you prove shareholder value destruction post sales and post covid.....the plot thickens.......???? Any accountants... To guide.... Day trader or dad may both be in quaranteen... So silent

Hi IN I am waiting for the financial there has been too many variables to make a proper assessment. For me this is all playing out how I saw it in way back all loss making business to be sold. I am very confident after 30th June we will have a much better view.The future will depend on the litigation which is a little disapointing because there has been not much progress. We can expect a good run up soon.

Yeah well it depends on what the deal structure will look like.

 

If we could sell of the properties for a good amount and get rid of the loss making operating unit and the claims with Seifert would be settled I think it might be a really good deal. But lets wait and see.

Future news can't be worse than what we already had, sense is that most of the Steinhoff news to come from now on wil be "good" news !!!
