SNH is like the crazy girlfriend you had in your early 20s. You knew she was wrong for you, but gerdamn was she a roller coaster ride that you didn't wanna let go of. 

I know what you mean - once I saw my profits skyrocket to 100K lol but I was too green.  It was the 1st share I bought.  I DIDNT SELL.  Next few days when I checked in - lol I WAS IN THE RED!!!!!!  Lesson Learnt

The creditors call the shots, not the board. And they have a good opportunity to get most of their money back if this was sold. Unless I am wrong and that LUA gives them more rights.

If I were in their shoes, I would see this as a gift.

I still believe that Steinhoff will not sell the whole unit.

I think they are just trying to push the price for the IPO. Think about it, the more interest there is the higher the price will be they will be able to obtain with an IPO.
They are currently testing the market for a potential price.

6 months ago there was hardly any interest and they valued Pepco group at around 4 Billion. Now with more parties involved they are valuing it already at around 5 Billion €.

Will be very interesting to see what will happen. I'm however convinced that they will not sell all of it.
