Well done DTD,

Just remember to add back the once off costs to your EBITDA of 82 Million. So you are basically spot on.

Andi/ dtd....i cant recall if the finance xosts are once off for the majority of the issues or whether we expect this to double for full year results. A large proportion would also be for the restructuring. With this be accounted for totally now ?

So to compare my forecast to the actual numbers you get to the following: (Please note I still have the full revenue in from MF and CONFO as discontinued Operation)

Total revenue forecast from continuing operations: 5200

Total revenue forecast from discontinuing operations: 3800

Total revenue : 9000

Actual numbers so far for HJ 1: 8920

EBITDA Forecast  from continuing operations: 425

EBITDA Forecast  from discontinuing operations: 130

Total EBITDA: 555

Actual numbers so far for HJ 1: 387+75+82 = 544 Mil € (Excl. MF once of fee of restructuring (75 Mil) and Excl. 82 Mil Advisory, consult fees)

So I'm really happy with the numbers and performance of the businesses.

My prediction was a bit off due to the following reasons:

Revenue - Expected better results from Unitrans- Missed the revenue by 50 Mil

EBITDA:

MF is only starting to produce profits so I missed the target here.

How did your predictions do?

Can someone advise me on LOWERING my Average price per share. I haven't done it before. Do you'll do that to bring the price per share down? or do you'll SIT AND WAIT patiently like me for it to go above the initial price of purchase?

IM STILL A NEWBIE.....i just bought and SAT lol

Are you willing to lose more than you already have on the line? Reason I ask is, I would only bring my cost down if I was certain the price would surpass my initial cost. If you’re looking to invest and not speculate.

Its so funny how all newspapers still try to spread negative news. Unbelievable, who is paying these okes??

Just a few example of the last 5 articles:

Steinhoff: Gamblers celebrate next loss

Ex-Kika/Leiner mother Steinhoff continues deep red after balance sheet scandal

Steinhoff does not emerge from the crisis: Another 356 million euros loss - share still in demand

Scandal-hit Steinhoff reports $400m loss in first half

MF was booked in at 21 Mil € under investments in equity accounted companies.

I'm pretty sure that the 50% in MF after the restructuring is worth more than that haha. What a joke.

It might drop again but I think this time it's different. Close to no volumes before release of the results so I think all the clever shorters are out. If we get the implementation notice today you will see this share go up slightly in the next few weeks :D. But as always it might drop again.

However Steinhoff is on the best way to become profitable again in the next few years.

Andi222 (my 2 cts not to defraud people or lie etc) we can expect a pull back the price run hard ( there will be profit taking) but should settle around 0.085 to 0.086. I agree will IN this is a start of a long bull run because all figures are out so the big one left is the restructure.
