Yes I agree but I think due to algorithm trading it could make trading very volatile so by posting after Tradegate closes they avoid that. That's what I think!

Yes agreed the numbers are looking promising and they have a plan. 

 

EBITDA from continuing operations : 393

EBITDA from discontinuing operations : 7 (However once off cost to restructure where 75)

 

So in total we have an EBITDA of 475 Mil €. 

 

Operating profit came in at 259 and 7 (75) = 341 Operating profit.

 

These numbers are exceptional given the current situation Steinhoff is in.

 

As soon as the debt levels will be reduced Steinhoof will be profitable again.

 

Cash and cash equivalent increased to 1733 Mil €

Now let me tell you I don't consider myself any GURU I am just a simple person that have a mind and as such can generate an opinion. I am now being insulted for the right to have an opinion. I am also being called a fraud simply because I hold a long position in SNH and at same time do day trading that by the way your teacher has great difficulty understanding what is a day trader.

As a newbie you should know that investing from tips on chatroom is very dangerous you need to do your own home work.

Another important thing today should be the announcement of the Implementation Conditions Notice.

 

Insert from last update:

 

"It is also expected that once the Implementation Conditions Notice is issued, the closing of the Restructuring will occur approximately 20 Business Days later."

 

Monday is the first day of the 20 if the CVA going to be done by the 9th August!

 

Any thoughts on this?

 

Will the notice be published on SENS or only in LUCID?

My guess is that they will publish after 10 pm tonight when Tradegate is closed. Don't ask me why they are doing this to Shareholders. Best thing would be to publish them at 9 am so that everyone can Benefit from it.

Be good to see a glimpse into some of the discussions with the legal entities and considerations.

And it will be even better if snh management can provide a debt management forecast with strategy .

SNH appeal and specifically in the Pepkor line(locally and internationally) caters exactly for the cost aware market and scaling is impressive.  

 

In the corporate world things don't move that fast because of all the check and balances built in, thus be patient if dates are liquid(the only good advise I have seen from Polly). 

 

Am well invested in SNH for the long and accumulate when the opportunity occurs because of the potential and specifically management perseverance and bottom line synergies with a clear understanding of risk/reward ratio.

 

You make your own investment decisions taking into account all known facts and some ambiguous information.

 

 

Check insults...then check the pumps....like so easy to invest here and make money...1+1 22      2 +2 =4...  4+4 = 11??? and youll make milllions ...

Looking at the opening on Tradegate this morning I think nothing has leaked the market yet. Will be an interesting day today once we receive the AFS. Hopefully we will get a notice regarding the CVA as well.

DTD, why do you think they would sell off more of their core business? That would make no sense at all.

While back I read a article that a fund manager said he was expecting a sale. If you think about it it makes business sense to sell to the 51% because dividend yield is only 1.5% way below the interest they paying of 10%.  

Further if MF takes the E2.9 bil, Confo the E1.6 bil Greenlit E0.4 bil then debt left is E3 bil and the sale of the PPH 20% would bring about E0.7 bil which would leave a debt of E2.3 bil. As we discussed before Pepkor Eu is to list in time and if they sell 49% would maybe bring in E2 bil that would leave a debt of E0.6 bil which would be payable from future dividends or sale of 49% of Greenlit Brands.

 

Anyway just my thoughts not intended to defraud people or make people buy SNH shares!!!
