trades shown not for inferiority complex but for confidence..

trades shown not to show how great i am , but how stupid you are....!!

and  this yara yara as per Joker Man was posted in helpdesk

L...in my honest opinion

Only think keeping Steinhoff surviving is its African assets (Pepkor)

Talk of other good business not effected in that sens absolute bullshit...( of cos its how you read it and most reading good businesses as existing overseas businesses as well....they caould be refering to Star Africa only hehe)).. We all know this pyramid scheme started way back before Star Africa was acquired. Now with those fraud write offs , imo existing business( excluding Star) were actually loss making. If i was to invest here to acquire this business , i would place a value of R1.00 on those so called existing good businesses ( remember when Wiese co Shoprite acquired OK bazaars about 20 years ago  for R1.00)

So only real  value left is Star and maybe properties. Wiese imo going to go for the kill to reverse that pepkor transaction and imo he will win hands down. Then what are you left with??  Peanuts and all loss making....

No future imo....

All pyramid schemes work like this....and this one playing no different...

As much as the board can cherry pick and promise all will be ok and they will counter sue etc ,  they have no option but to say this , otherwise its curtains...and who wants curtains as they will be out of a job....So they will continue to say its all ok until its the END!!!

At the moment beginning of the END!!

yea Seifert will not go away, C.W waited patiently for pwc report and now has the ammo, he wont go away. I have been reading that ex Tekkie Town management starting to make some noise...who knows what will come out of that

Fact of the matter, in all that management has done so far, some praise them i call them useless liars as a result of what i experienced, those were "easy" issues to deal with, negotiating with creditors, sorting out MF in a couple of mnths assisted by the law (so exciting hey), selling other businesses, big wooh ah......the true tests starts now with the big boys, having waited for clarity and proof on how they were screwed, is now making the concerning noise....this is the real test.

I cannot tell what the outcome will be w.r.t C.W and Seifert, they sure have a case to be heard. Its payback time for them and has nothing to do with greed. Everybody was mislead and theres strong evidence to that which should make for a strong case

Like u rightly said, the pumpers are stuck and are talking about the future as if the present does not exist, and it will be the outcome of present scenario that will determine if there is any future.

I bought in again to play for that parli process and it so did not work out, i wait now for the next episode and hopefully see a up to get out

we should see it open under R1.80...haha in hindsight i should've waited...but noooooo....Mr Harvard and his followers dont get why u sell in the green haha what a bunch of cakes.....wake up and smell the coffee,.....its exacly what Mr Market is doing

Now dear Polly is a retired esteemed accountant with a low quarter to empty glass, and like so many other vultures always scanning for a carcass and if not dead praying for it to die. Motherhood statement like above with no substance.  Follow his advise (buy MCZ or Grand Parade etc.) if you want to wait many many years for a ROI.  So cool how he and religious followers puke on this post and then go do the little girl gossip on his 'help desk' (the gospel choir) - see for yourself how much helpdesk and how much yarra yarra.

Hat off to SNH current management that have relentlessly worked to restore equilibrium to all vested parties amid negative press and the Polly drones.  Leadership has significant Law experience and is playing it by the book and good old SA loves to kick a lying dog.

IMHO SNH still have some challenges, compared to the challenges management conquered these are little humps.

Additionally, in parallel there are significant opportunities now to optimize operations across these federated businesses and make no mistake the retail industry is having a hard time with the slowing worldwide economy.  E-commerce is a major disruption for retail, but SNH have fantastic App in Australia that could be retrofitted across geographies.

SNH appeal and specifically in the Pepkor line(locally and internationally) caters exactly for the cost aware market and scaling is impressive.

In the corporate world things don't move that fast because of all the check and balances built in, thus be patient if dates are liquid(the only good advise I have seen from Polly).

Am well invested in SNH for the long and accumulate when the opportunity occurs because of the potential and specifically management perseverance and bottom line synergies with a clear understanding of risk/reward ratio.

You make your own investment decisions taking into account all known facts and some ambiguous information.

Check insults...then check the pumps....like so easy to invest here and make money...1+1 22      2 +2 =4...  4+4 = 11??? and youll make milllions ...

Did the same for BLU....all talk , all fishing....go see Blu thread....and when price he pumped around R8.00 , i said ll dip in at R4.00.....

Nice to have him back like before and ill take him on...anytime...

Another Guru i warned about!! completely misleads.....

So Polly has me on block and don't see posts, kindly DTD quoted me and his majesty could view my post.

I was wrong on BLU,  sold half invested at a loss R 150K.  I got over it, hope Polly does too, I do believe BLU has a lot of upside, but felt I could make up the R150K in less than the year or 2 it is going to take for BLU to resolve additional debt Jose (x-CEO acquired).

Note on Polly making R300K on Grand Parade.  Now Polly you made jack sh*t. Try and sell your R 300K value and see who would buy that for real coins, then you brag.  Seems GP is struggling to get rid of the the loss making entities and is going to file for chapter 13 on those, not even business rescue.   Burger King also making a loss and your R300K is loosing value every day. The only thing keeping them breathing is the gaming.  You didn't happen do advise Eskom before too?

My NPN is looking damn well, thank you for asking, I made or lost nothing as I did not sell and continue to accumulate, but in value am up handsomely for the year.  Did get MCG on top of that and sold at R 115, just to buy more NPN.

You don't need to take me on as I see your maths above simulate your late pres Zuma 4+4=11 (hope at least you can pronounce it).   Funny how you have this urge to take people on, childhood issues?  By the way - I never claimed to be a guru and you will see with most posts I advise people - your money - your choice. Think, research and then make your decisions.

It might go back to R3.80 quickly if everything falls in place now. Wiese comes to table. Seifert and restructuring sorted out and financials done in April. So doomsday or happy days.

Yup very true.... Does Seifert own shares?

id like to add to this...and u are so right in that our opinions wont cause this share to move a cent.......there's just 1 person calling doomsday....and guess what market trend is spelling out.

i bought in around june/july last yr....seen this share hit a high of R3.80 i think, now its struggling to maintain R2.00

i still hope there's a change...but to gooi ex attorney as ceo to restructure company is blah move for me......need a ceo who's more business minded and not a lawyer who puts terms and and conditions on a friggen sens announcement to the market, yes his expertise and network is needed,....just my opinion.

Hahaha I like your comments the information that comes out of this forum would not even move a fly its all about ego and I am right!!!

Yea I share ur frustrations with the questions they ask but that ain't the reason shud it be delayed.

If Seifert challenge granted we shud see another knock on the share.

I fear they won't be much left to knock by the time AFS comes out.

Well all eyes on management, let's see how they fix this, their hands are tied behind their backs

Yes Seifert is worse than Parliament. I hope he stops his nonsense for a while and let Steinhoff complete their financials. Everybody is waiting.

Maybe if incompetent public representatives stop calling them to parliament and waste their time with a lot of yarra yarra about nothing they should have enough time to complete the financials. :)

miles what??   you dont even know what this shares worth....you dont even know why i invested...and best of all , have i pumped it up ??

thahts the difference.... in fact Southie wanted or was considering to go in...and i told him wait...more to it...Unlike here when in **** , continue to pump to drown others as well for their own benefit!!!

Anyway me getting myself another 400000 shares  below R2.00 tomorrow.....Can live easily off the divi ( 30% yield on tomorrows price....20% yield on average cost)... :)

Gpi already green R350000.00 on average cost 1.57 ( after selling 50% at a profit of R.80c each)

BTW juts shows your immaturity when you " TRY" to hit below the belt on other shares when you deep in kak on Steinhoff...

Have you posted your entry levels yet?  Go see my entries...all black and white...Whats to be scared off huh....Cos im confident ill make monies on it Mr Haha....Thats confidence in investing....Unlike pumping and big talks....I put my money where my mouth is and show it in black and white....
