Pepkor audited financial results are out and they actually increased revenue by more than 10%. Even the share capital sits at 55 Billion rand. Steinhoff still owns 71%. Current Market Cap of Steinhoff is 7 Billion.

In my opinion the current share price of Steinhoff is a joke.

I mean, they have numerous other business which are profitable, their finance is secured for 3 years, the claims (CW and PIC) against the company are actually a joke. Everyone who trades shares knows that if u invest in a company u can loose everything.

i have not seen formation of head and shoulders......is this still happening?

The 1 thing i appreciated about Heather Sonn on that parli process, was that she did not BS, even when pressured to do so by the chair.

The one thing i noticed about useless du preez, he shoots his mouth big time.

still believe in this share comming right, but the more nonsense and BS we are fed by this useless management, the more this share get gemoerd

Absolutely true... But was also weary that the share could have been suspended.
Was able to buy lots more at r1 and then onwards... Buy when you have money... And depending on your individual portfolio and allocation. Have I bought more... Not yet as my value exceeded my allocation with recovery and have been buying lots of mining, tech and drug companies

yea thats a mature response and yes u did talk about suspension at that time

some ppl with the great knowledge they have, their arrogance will get them nowhere slowly....and i have seen on this chat, and as Polly and Snippy said, they will dissappear

Part of my portfolio... Lose some win some... Only win when you cash out or lose when you sell lower... Happy with my portfolio. Have learnt some very good lessons in this share, especially when the share was at R4 ish I think or was it r5 when cw announced his law suit... Sank the share that day....
It's not just money.. It's a security blanket for future generations and self... I do still very strongly expect this share to recover due to their supply chain and when all is revealed this is going to be a fantastic target for a online strong store...or cash flush store.....

you are living in a dream world where your reality works.....it means nothing to me....but good for you

snh has a great business and the fact that customers are not boycotting them is excellent....BUT....snh will not self correct, it needs decent management to do this AND they need a culture change in doing business, said this before, babbas force is still strong within snh management....lies and deceit

Ok Lionel I understand I hope that in the future you will be able to forgive all the employees of SNH for the wrong Jooste did and possible to your business.

Haha Lionel I know much more than you think I have been watching SNH since 2010 and there was such a frenzy by experts about it and you would be out if did not own some SNH this when was R20. I could not understand the financial always full of complexity so I refused to invest on it and just kept an eye on it. When 6th Dec 2017 came I was expecting this already for a long time. I know SNH has good business models and also some duds that need fixing. I also knew why SNH had to do what they did because that was the way to grow the business so now the chickens have came home and they need to slowdown and repair everything but the reality they now have a big outfit. Now all is needed is time to carry out the repairs.
You see I don't gamble I work with  figures and facts very much like Sarel Oberholster.
See below is a table from my model with the debt payments whereby they have 520 mil euros available per year to pay off the debt left after selling some of the parts 5.2 Bil euros:
The initial interest is the 10% but after 3 years with stable business they will be able to negotiate the interest rate down to 6%
As in place no payment on the debt is done for the first 3 years and the 520 cover the interest so you can see in 19 years the debt is paid off. Well most people pay their house off in 20 years so not big deal for SNH to pay their debt in the same period.

Year Outstanding Interest Payment left Interest rate

Haha that's a good attitude but the roulette black or red would be a quicker win or death. If you think of the zero scenario then its going to be a slow death!!! What people not saying the time of the zero share price was up to the signing of the LUA because should creditors call on they money SNH would have folded immediately. The useless management (which I don't agree they are in fact very smart) know that there will be asset sales but they managed to avoid a fire sale very successful so I guess you gamble will pay handsomely in time. Don't forget the green beers.
