I think now having received the unqualified audit. People can see there is very little value. Hence me selling out R5 plus. And now waiting to get back in

If we take into account the present maximum dividends SNH will receive below: ( we must remember this will be reduced as they sell more holdings)

 

1 - Pepkor - Lets say  Eur 60 mil in the near future being generous

2 - Pepco - Assuming a change in management view and dividends will be paid at 2 x cover then Max dividends is Eur 100 mil

3 - MF duer to its debt and generous bonus to management will not be able to give dividends the same as Greenlit

 

We have a maximum income of Eur 160 mil which at 6% interest the maximum load would be  Eur 2,7 bil so if by settlement the debt is Eur 10 bil (to make round figures) they have to find funds to pay Eur 7,3 bil hence my question how much will be left. I guess Narina was correct on the radio interview SNH is now a small company!!!

What is the views on a Takeover now that everything is mostly settled(step 3 is the easy one in my view, it is almost a given)

My take no one will make a takeover bid because at present equity is less by at least Eur  2 bil than the debt.

 

It will depend what is left after debt settlement/restructure.

Interesting point about shareholders, 30 000 shareholders - So 4,2 bil shares divided by the 30000 we get a average holding of 140k. Haha I guess most are Germans from the Ariva forum expecting the share to go to Eur 2 - Eur 3!!!

As per MF news report " Eck joined the company in May 2019 " and 2,5 years later get a $39 mil bonus!!! Not bad a income of $41 mil for 2021 or Eur 35 mil which is 3 times more than LdP got for three years of hard work!!!

Haha what can I saw and then TdK is very worried about shareholders value!!!

At the end the only people that made serious money out of the SNH saga was management and lawyers!!!
