PEPCO is growing organically they hiring properties and opening shops while this is a acquisition which the price tag is unknown. Further if the business was doing well it would have listed in Brazil stock exchange last year.

Ho I hope this is not another MF great deal!! Groupo Avenida wanted to list last year but was not very successful and gave up as per media news!! Pepkor battling in Africa which is close to home and want to venture into South America??
