i noticed that Simply Wallis has been and is fairly accurate with the rest of my share portfolio when calculating share price....why would SNH be so far out?

They have some serious expansion plans into Africa and South America...from the Cape Town grapevine

Well that is very good news indeed!

 

So sorry they waited all these years and so far have not made a serious plan in Africa.

 

As per financial page 113 in 2020 Rest of Africa revenue was Eur 551 mil ( 6,8 % of total revenue) and in 2021 Eur 441 mil  ( 4,8 % of revenue)  so hope they take Africa serious and manage to compete with the Chinese cheap shops!!

For me if SNH sold Pepkor and kept Pepco I can well believe the Eur 2 because population in Europe is 748 mil which means there is lots of room to expand while in SA there is only 50 mil people and by opening more shops soon they will be competing with each other. SA has limited growth space and Pepkor not doing well in the rest of Africa.

Haha did they say the year of the target price!!! Haha think the German are reading that they talking a lot about the Eur 2 to Eur 3!!!
