When can we make a verdict about the share price level or direction? Jan, Feb or April or still a few months after?

I guess it's reasonable to say the verdict about the direction (up or down) can be made in January, or is this still early and should rather wait for after the Y18 auditeds end on Jan ?

About the price level a reasonable final verdict would maybe be in April after that there might not be any major change in price ?

 

Tom....if you understand the consequences of what went down in this company.....you would be talking YEARS........not months

 

so we have 2 days left in november, i would still be suprised if pwc report is published in this mnth.....this company has been delayed in everything they were to publish

What r u guys expecting from pwc report... If they publish audited Financials 17 there's no need for previous yrs as figures r carried forward.
My take on pwc report is obviously going to show damage... They said it will Come out in stages so have to wait and see what gets published first... What the market would want to see more importantly is the audited statement, they obviously priced in the fraud... From R50+ to a lousy 2 bucks.... The question remains the extent of the fraud and corruption and if the market underestimated then we cud see Pollys big fat zero becomming a reality

My personal opinion.... I think these noob S done well so far in saving the company from major collapse, however, by no means are they out of the woods

I thought the dates changed. Saw something about Dec 18 and then 1 month later 2016 and another month later 2015.

But when you put out a Forensic Report surely you must have your facts and figures finelised? So they should be ready to publish the lot.
Im sure we have people on the group with inside knowledge what is going on at PWC?

I'm sure there are, but that's called insider trading....

There is the FY17 restated AFS - That's scheduled for DEc 18 - But no one knows for sure

 

Then there is the PWC forensic report - That should be out this week and will detail all the fraud committed - And also some people's hopes that everything will be ok with this share

I am picking up everywhere the PWC report comes out in the last week of November.

Excluding Pepcor South Africa and MF, SH makes about 12.5 billion in sales, while 7.5% of Ebita's 937.5 million assets have been sold for 2.5 billion, followed by the 700 million Immos from Conforama. Small stuff is also sold etc ... 1.2 billion cash still has SH, in addition, most areas get their own working capital. 5% to 6.5 billion debts are thus quite easy to handle + profits and cash flows.

SH does not really need the dividend from Pepcor. Or do you think the new management + advisor is completely stupid? Maybe Matress is still sold, no idea. Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow comes the PWC report, Friday night we scratch already at the 30 cents. Because instead of a DES, the hedge funds, which know much more than we know, than 1 can stock up. Before any balance sheets, then come for the stupid retail investors. But the party rises before, all part of the plan. But I will dance at the party.

Following SNH price movement, SNH prices, often suddenly drop off, or jump up mostly according to the price level, not according to the performance of the company or according to the good or bad news, so good news would seam as perceived bad, and bad news as good, and news related to old news would seam as new, this indicates to me that the prices might have been manipulated.

Yesterday and today at action period 16:50 to 17:00 there is someone putting big volumes to sell. Today was 2,200,000 shares at R1.90.  Can only be a institution or person with deep pockets and lots of shares in hand.
