I agree. It’s been on the books since they did the first creditors meeting in Jan or feb. They did the acquisition knowing they had a lot of duplicate stores.

Also, wrt to share price of snh. A big reason we had these massive drops were due to institutional investors selling the stock, eg when snh fell out out the top investment portfolio and when they missed their financial deadlines. My opinion is we will only see a true value of share price once books are done and financials submitted, published etc. once that happens we could see a big spike. I optimistically don’t think it will cause any further drop.

Just for clarity, filing for bankruptcy does not mean they are closing doors at all. It means that they have leverage to exit or renogtiate lease agreements. If you recall MF bought a few other mattress companies. So they litterly in some places have MF across the street from another.
Bankruptcy threats also a way to bully hardheaded landlords in easing on rental or lease agreements.

What was good about today was that the bottom got tested and it's somewhere between 220 and 230. Can't Really see the share going much lower than this.

Does it mean it's going to go to R4..... probably not.

Really seems like we've hit the bottom. Differential in bid and ask is much smaller with plent more volume. Previously, bidders were fishing, with a few cents gap.

Haha Leonel by the time the news gets to Sense is already old news. There are lots of journalist that always looking for SNH bad news so they can sensationalise they news. I learnt when the press and these so called analysts experts talk a share up I sell.
