Definately have a feeling snh low days are over and will steadily increase now....wish id bought at 2.30 but budget spent for now...staying long now

Looks like shorter's are scares to get in and force the price down. Seems not a lot of interest in selling so far maybe we can see the R2.36 today! Let me go have another cigarette. Haha

You are welcome.  Just remember it is the ex-dividend date and not the record date.  So, don't go and sell tomorrow, cause the 2 dates are not always the same.  Also, you will find that some investors push the price so you cannot just come on dividend to 'score'.  The value (share price) of the company will fall when the dividends are paid.  Mostly for good companies it will return within a couple of days.   Capitec also have great dividends soon (in october), but be careful banks are sensitive to currency devaluation.

Maybe leaked in purpose to measure market reaction. For me its excellent news first step to fix MF is to get rid of the leases. Frankfurt closed so will be more exiting tomorrow.

saw the closing of snh on tradegate last night....probably coz of this news?.... seemed like mix reactions.....oh well atleast snh making moves....±10mnths later

wouldve prefer snh closing some shops and keeping MF and making turning it around though......now what the americans gonna sleep on? haha....think market will appreciate this news?
