sorry for the additional post----if you look at the volumes traded they still small comparatively , ---this is due to the SNH SENS we says that there are still a few matters left to finalise ahead of the lockup....some may still be cautious on this aspect- but the fact is that there is massive buy-in to this LUA..

we will see volumes traded soon...

we want a tea cup and handle as Polly says...we need a down for that.....

hang tight ..I am sure those that held this share for a long time and bought down want to exit to get over the heartache, but now is time for profit .

salvage value - momentum will continue over the next few weeks especially as salaries come in, and investors who were waiting on the side enter....

 

 

why is this a share to go for...certainly---debt holders are investing in distressed debt- you will read that SNH cant afford the debt- there will be equity transferred to cover some short fall...debt holders will become owners and simultaneously also refinance their debt.....

 

this is a massive opportunity for big money in low interest environments to make double digits returns

 

you will see lots more money entering here

The Company is pleased to announce that since the LUA Announcement the Group has
received significant support from its external creditor groups through the accession process to
the LUA. Based on the latest figures from the Calculation Agent (which remain subject to final
verification) the condition precedent to the LUA in respect of creditor accession has been
satisfied with (following the expiry of the Extended Early Bird Fee Deadline), approximately:

• 89% of the aggregate outstanding SEAG external financial indebtedness;

• 89% of the aggregate outstanding SUSHI external financial indebtedness;

• 92% of the aggregate nominal amount of the series of convertible bonds due 2021
issued by Finance Holding;

• 99% of the aggregate nominal amount of the series of convertible bonds due 2022
issued by Finance Holding; and

• 96% of the aggregate nominal amount of the series of convertible bonds due 2023
issued by Finance Holding,

now subject to the LUA.

The Company aims to satisfy, as soon as possible, the remaining conditions precedent to the
LUA (as outlined in the LUA Announcement) in order for the LUA to become effective. If the
LUA does not become effective in accordance with its terms by 20 July 2018 (being the date
on which the support period under the amended support letters (between the Company,
SEAG, Finance Holding and certain of their creditors) will terminate, absent any extension or
other form of creditor support), the Boards of SEAG and Finance Holding will need to assess
their options (including local reorganisation procedures) and obligations under the applicable
Austrian law.

Creditors of Finance Holding, SEAG and/or SUSHI who are not already party to the LUA may
still accede and become a party to the LUA in respect of all (but not less than all) financial
indebtedness of Finance Holding, SEAG and/or SUSHI of which they are a beneficial owner by
executing an accession letter to LUA. Creditors who accede to the LUA remain eligible to
receive the Lock-Up Fee (as defined in the LUA Announcement) notwithstanding the expiry of
the Extended Early Bird Fee Deadline and are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.

I really don't want to sound callous - but as a shareholder I was p...s...ed at Wieses law suit, quantum and the impact on the share price.

Could he have managed this better? perhaps

however I as an aggrieved shareholder am in support of snh and sonns team to salvage value...

 

as such- I find myself precariously finding pleasure in further misery coming wieses way- this is not a good thing so mr wiese please drop your law suit against snh shareholders and focus on cleaning your tax issues...

perhaps once the PWC investigations are completed and the share price recovers especially after you drop the hopeless case you have--you may find your 6% shares worth a lot more and you may be able to settle the debt with SARS...

Polly and Machine#curious- thanks for technical guidance- we will look to you for further guidance to ride the wave so that all involved and following don't exit prematurely and can get to ride the cup and handle  -rare trend- but occurs when the stars are aligned------- if it comes off- it would be great for SA investors.

Had a quick look at charts again.

 

Share a making a rounding bottom.

 

For a cup and handle to play needs to go to +-R8.50  for the cup formation, then maybe a drop of R1.00 to R7.50 for the handle and then target will be +-R15.00.

 

So  if still trades below R5.00  nothing much else from tech point of view.

Saw a sneaky 960,000 share trade just before close. Looks promising. Also the fact that we closed at R3 is a positive sign with better volumes late afternoon

Market seems to be warming to the idea of survival ,  low volumes so this may not be truly indicative, many sitting on the bench not sure whether to dump or to buy....

we should expect a massive drop or skyscraper increase if sens is positive.

and more importantly, we would see many traders taking profits whilst simultaneously buyers entering and traders closing shorts to provide a sustained increase over the next few weeks towards Aug financials.

if not, may see new lows ....

 

 

if we going up, be really good for old snh holders of shares to get some of the profits...will wait eagerly for Pollys guidance on the up...
