Ok what is your valuation of SNH?  How have people arrived to the fact that SNH value now is R4? Is it based on facts or sentiment?

I am a keen supporter of SNH and its management but I have also to be realistic

For me I am waiting again between R1 and the R2. I am concerned lenders might have objections or require more security because SNH value with the latest give aways is virtually nothing because the PEPCO share price has dropped back to close to the IPO price.

In fact if you put the debt of Eur 9,6 bil and the Eur 2 bil interest per kind which has to be paid in shares (if I am not mistaken not sure SNH has the cash) then we are facing a negative NAV so the only hope is for PEPCO share price to rise considerably.

So are the bond holders happy to simply take knock for the sake of TREVO and TT old guard?

Also ringing in my head is CW words he would be better of with a liquidation;;

I am more positive than DTD but I do recognise that a lot of value was lost , however 6 bucks here we come, tried to pick up more but couldn't

obviously he is a trade making money on the volatility. Good on him.

All that work & then missing the bus? No wonder you all of a sudden turned bearish on this stock!

I am not bearish and for sure still believe on the R12 upwards but to see the share jump 10% per day after a 30% jump for me is not sustainable for the following reasons:

1 - The GS is not finalized and ready for implementation. All it takes if for the creditors not to agree or the Hamiltons or CW to challenge then what? If delayed SNH pays again another Eur 45 to the CW claims agreement.

2 - The underlying assets value have came down - Pepco dropped from the 56 Zyloty to the 45,5 and Pepkor dropped from R24 to R21 so from where is the sudden huge valuation rise?

3 - It is disappointing to me that PEPCO decided not to pay dividends so the Eur 50 mil SNH getting from Pepkor must cover all corporate costs, new claims payout and other legal costs. From where is the cash coming????

4 - Further if the only income SNH will get in future is the Eur 50 mil from Pepkor dividends how much debt they can sustain?

I certainly have not missed the bus, yes could have made much more money but one thing I learnt being invested in SNH is to know that share price races up for no reason only to fall flat again later so after loosing out so many times decided to take my profit now and go fishing for a few days until reality hits home and then I will fill my trucks one more time!!

My vision for SNH is that the share will drop back to a realistic valuation after the GS has been approved by the courts and clean financials with a positive equity. Only then will we see a good solid growth.
