I am like DTD and don’t discuss my portfolio
But what my strategy is about is as follows
I am heavily invested for the last three years
My approach is long term, irrespective from the ups and downs
My target is a time 12/15 in the next three years
I have sold the number of shares which is equivalent to my initial investment
Now that the initial capital is secured, everything else is either long term net profit or net loss.
I also agree with the ATM concept but I was always doubtful about the opportunity to re enter at a low price. So did not short or did not trade on come and go basis
Am comfortable with this lazy approach, certainly not optimal capital management and cash generation but very comfortable as far as heart beat is concerned
Merry XMas to you all

Thanks for that! Indeed my worry if I was a bond holder would be thinking very hard before agreeing to this new settlement with TREVO & TT old boys. The bond holders depend on SNH assets to get they money and interest back.
Then the same group that was saying bond holders were ripping people off and should get less (the TT old boys claims) want a preference treatment!!!

For me I am waiting again between R1 and the R2. I am concerned lenders might have objections or require more security because SNH value with the latest give aways is virtually nothing because the PEPCO share price has dropped back to close to the IPO price.

Pepco should start paying dividends then that will help in paying off the debt pile.
Indeed i fully agree because from now SNH only income is dividends. What is also strange for me in the PEPCO agenda for the AGM they want shareholder approval to by up to 10%of the shares.
Why do that and not pay dividends? If they buy up 10% of the shares then there will only be less than 10 % of PEPCO in the market and no one will touch it due to lack of liquidity.

So at these low prices for PEPCO how much is left?
I also agree with you SNH will survive but it will take longer to recover to justify the existing share price!!

once the GS is done step three will take place. Restructuring of the debt at much lower interest rates. I look at PPC as an example. Came from the ashes

I am a keen supporter of SNH and its management but I have also to be realistic
