Hoping to start building up a position again once we dip below R4.00

Now if only asc can give us something so that I can exit that circus!

Haha how sure are you institution ars buying and not market manipulators making money. Remember the Waren Buffet say " Its when the tide goes out that one sees who was swiming naked!"

I am not trying to be negative or talk the share price down (I am very happy and hope all long timers are making mokney) I am simly pointing out from ware is all the money going to come for the financial restrcturing which has to be done by 2023 at a cost of Eur 900 mil per year in interest!

The only way SNH can be with R5 or R6 is if PEPCO share price rises by 60% to 80% in a very short time otherwise they will have to sell it to pay creditors.

Ah man, that pains me to read haha.

Fair enough, agree to disagree on your prediction ;) I see green cases of beer! Just imagine weak hands giving way to institutional plays after the books are cleaned up.

No I am fully out sitting fishing! I will only get back in for long term once I have clarity on the value of SNH after settlements.

I am concern it will fall just as fast if not faster than it went up when people wake up to the value.

I still believe in SNH as a good investement but PEPCO has to be the driver and I want to see what will be the final holding.

I am very happy with what I made its in the bank and will have to share it with SARS!!!

Are you fully back in DTD? My main concern these past few days has been if your hard work would be rewarded :D

Thanks to all other contributors too; happy to have stuck with this one! Hoping for an even greener 2022.

liquidation is off the table hence the move in price. The company will have a future

Thanks will look into it!

the only problem with the RA is that you can't take money out at anytime. So you need to be a long-term investor

You can also invest in retirement annuity to decrease tax liabilities for the current year up to 27.5% of taxable income or if it can get you just below a certain tax bracket… :) unfortunately Section 12J was killed by government this year :(

Thanks will look into it!

Tommorow will be the R6. Maybe it will now go up in steps of R1 until the financials come out!

Anouncement of MF IPO should cause another 30 % rise.

Then the IPO of Greenlit and pay the creditos enough cash to roll the debt.

I wounder what interest rate will SNH get because at present looks like they going to borrow in the interest rate up cycle due to inflation.

I am still not convinces that people have thought clearly in the real value going forward. However people making lots of money.
