50 billion rand later what a joke.

Feels like this is all so vague all of a sudden. I know we have court cases etc. in January but don't know what else really.
So many times in the past when they went quiet, it was a few weeks and then a clarifying SENS would come out. I'm hopeful that the same will happen shortly.

Need to better understand the timelines and impact of delays in finalising this on debt covenants and penalties...
Any idea on interest penalties if 3 months further delays or 6 months..
By when do we expect GS. And what would be the final debt situation. Expecting financial reporting which will guide on share valuation.

Simple question though. What should the Steinhoff team have done differently in your opinion?

Bottom line if they were not preventing for their own selfish sillly interest GS to happen, we would see another kind of SNH, flying at another level, purely based on improved balance sheet, assets value, debt finance restructured, improved Ebitda, future cash flow projection based on current cleaning strategy. Probably around 21 / 22 R/share.
Once again I am convinced that we will see that in the next three years. Therefore hold position and accumulate when dip, seems to me the best way to deal with SNH for now

What does the shareholding drop to after handout? Remember that they incurring interest of close to a billion euro. And head office costs of I assume of around 30 million Euro at least bulk of which is used to pay Louis.
Mark Sardi from ASC is chucking. I felt it needed to happen in the same way that it needs to happen here which was conttary to the populist view on the forumn. Share price was up on the news. Imagine what would Steinhoff share price have done with the right CEO. I'm sorry that its 4 years later 4 years wasted.

Dividends Tax is not applicable to majority shareholder it’s the only legal way to move funds to the majority shareholder (Subsidiary to Holdings) without any taxes involved and that is by paying dividends to Steinhoff. Dividends tax only becomes applicable when Steinhoff pays that dividends to it’s shareholders.

Holdings registered in the Netherlands are not being taxed on dividends they receive,,,

Pepkor Heps R1,35 therefore if they pay 1/3 of earnings as divided it will be R0.45 and SNH has 2174 mil shares it is R 978 mil or Eur 56 mil ( excluding tax if applicable)
