A few months ago, I recall The Deluded One posting on how the TON board turned the ship around (in comparison to SNH)…..today they announce a R2bn rights issue.

We are all entitled to our version/interpretation of the facts, whether that is in support of LDP or not and I encourage constructive debate,but this tread is becoming quiet toxic and I am of the opinion that the admins need to step in now.

The compliment goes to you and your guys for the pages of information that you have posted. Without you guys the share price would have been over R20 by now. Well done cheerleaders. How we value the picture of yours everytime posting such meaningful information you guys have genuinely helped Louis achieve what he has over this longggggg period of 4 years. For 4 years week in and week out the price target was set for Steinhoff at R20 plus. What a achievement carry on with the verbosity you guys are life savers you together with your friends have saved us so much of money. All credit and compliments to you. I mean if we just followed DDT trading strategy of buy high and sell low we would have been able to loose more than what we have. And Delta my friend your weekly insults have managed to reduce the share price to R2 well done. Oh and there are so many of you. If we had put our money into Bitcoin 4 years ago we would have seen it increase in multiples of 100 same with Tesla. But hey your guys contribution has managed to keep our investment rock solid at the 1 2 rand level. What a achievement guys. You guys amaze me.

Yes we do anyone could work that out. Its cost him 50 billion to execute it. So if Steinhoff could spend 50 billion and still have value imagine if they didn't spend a cent what would happened. I am sorry delta I won't meet the requirements of the board. They hired Markus remember and now this guy. I don't speak Stellenbosch and and I am way too competent for the position. They seem to hire guys that know how to destroy value including crying Christo. Give me back my Pep for my incompetence. DDT still buying high and selling low making money doing that?

I have said it a few times. Save on head office pay down debt. Demonstrate value. Avoid consultants and lawyers. But damage has been done. Yes there might be still value but it could have been at least R50 billion more. If all the wastage was avoided. No in my opinion its time to reset the head office base and move on put everything into paying down debt. Move debt into the operating companies to bring down the interest cost.

Is Eskom a Steinhoff or vice versa. Stuck in 4th gear blaming the past. And handsomely rewarding themselves in the process. Not owning a single share in the company. And you guys believe that is the best out there. Go look at real leaders Elon Musk took a company that was going bust and built the largest company in the world. Where Louis took a cash cow and turned it into a mess. So no need for insults but the facts speak for themselves. 4 years 50 billion rand later with nothing to show. Reminds of Eskom. Over 2 years and things get progressively worst. There are no excuses.
