I cannot talk on behalf of LdP, these days many people have trusts and they buy shares via the Trust so I have no insight if LdP has a trusf set up or not.

Further I am very happy SNH is not giving shares as a bonus because they would have to give huge volumes and you and me would be in the loosing end due to the very low share price. Can you imagine giving shares away as a financial insentive at R2 for a shade that is with R12?

I focus on my research and knowledge and then make a investment decision.

I am not like the TT old boys that took SNH shares because CW had shares there.

Ok so your price target is R12. I hope it goes there. So this 4 year wait can finally give something meaningful.

Can you answer one question why doesn't Louis have a single share in Steinhoff. I am not trying to harbor a point but for me that is very concerning.

Will you still have money to fund a rights issue?

In SNH case its different they have good business. Share price is depressed due to the claims. Once the GS is implemented then the share price will revert to its true value which for me is around the R12. I do believe at that time we can expect a rights issue which would drop tbe share price to the R6 to R8 but if you buy the share at R2 then you would be laughing all the way to the bank.

Aveng had bad business that needed capital injection to survive. I would not touch Aveng with a 20 foot pole!

What do you think TON is going to do. Also pay down debt. From my experience with a lot of shares like Aveng for instance when a rights issue is done the share price drops depending on the price of the issue. Aveng dropped from 78 cents to what its currently at 5 cents. Rights issues are for the benefit of the new capital investors the old ones loose. But there might be a rally when this settlement happens so. I think when that happens it will be time to sell out.

SNH will go up! The rights issue will be to pay debt down so balance sheet neutral!!! So best is buy lots more now because right issue will be when the share is over R12.

Its actually R4 billion absolutely crazy. Rights issues are value destructive for current shareholders unless you have the cash to follow the rights. That is another issue with Steinhoff there has been talk of a rights issue there too. By the one.
Ton is down over 30 percent since this announcement. So what will SNH do when this rears its ugly head. That is what I am talking about guys. Its a value destruction cycle.

I did say that. And I was wrong it seems like good management no longer exists.

A few months ago, I recall The Deluded One posting on how the TON board turned the ship around (in comparison to SNH)…..today they announce a R2bn rights issue. :D
